At Caring Professionals Homecare, we are honored to help you and we know who we send into your home. Our Caregivers are accountable and friendly. Once you get to know our Caregivers, they often become life-long friends. They are comprehensively screened, certified and trained throughout the year. We provide quality care at competitive prices. We specialize in 24-hour live-in care, but can also help you for as little as 3 hours-per day or even 2 hours per visit through our unique 2 plus 2 program.

Our Caregivers are the Best:

We carefully screen only those individuals who exhibit the spirit and attitude necessary to effectively help our clients. We require a background in homecare and experience backed by at least three professional references. We typically hire caregivers that are Certified Nursing Assistants (C.N.A.'s) and/or have at least 1 year of experience working in home care. Many of our caregivers are currently enrolled in college working toward a professional degree in nursing (i.e. RN, LPN), social work, PT/OT to name just a few.

Criminal Background Checks are Completed on Everyone:

All caregivers undergo State Criminal History Background checks before they are offered a position and additional criminal background checks are done on an annual basis thereafter.

If We Drive You, We Check Our Records First:

If you need transportation as part of your services, we will only send you a caregiver with an acceptable driving record as confirmed by a motor vehicle (MVR) background check.

We Employ Our Caregivers:

Caring Professionals Homecare directly employs its caregivers. We carry all the insurance necessary to be sure that our employees are covered should they suffer an accident while at a client's home or in the transportation of our clients. We carry Professional Liability Insurance, Workers Compensation Insurance, and General Liability Insurance. We process the payroll for our caregivers and withhold the appropriate taxes such as Social Security, Medicare, Federal and State Withholdings so you don't have to.

Your Assets are Protected:

Caring Professionals Homecare carries an employee bonding policy that protects your personal possessions and gives you the peace of mind that your belongings are safe.

All Work is Supervised:

All work is supervised by our staff to ensure that each and every client receives ongoing exceptional care. For some cases, occasional visits by our agency R.N. and/or our Director of Care are arranged to make sure you are receiving the care you need according to your plan of care.

We are Licensed:

We are Licensed as a Class A Professional Home Care Agency with the Minnesota Department of Health.

Your Privacy is Protected:

We do not share your information with anyone other the caregivers who will be working with you in your home. We abide by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) of 1996 and make sure that your information is safe at all times.
