Caring Professionals Homecare is a rapidly growing agency that prides itself on honoring and responding to the needs of individuals of all ages with disabilities and the elderly population.
We serve our clients 7 days per week, 24 hours per day through our promise of We’re Here To Help. We specialize in professionally supervised personal care, homemaking and 24-hour live-in services for the disabled, elderly and those recuperating from injuries or illness. We provide the additional help that is needed to allow individuals to remain living independently within the comfort of their own home. Whether you need us for a few hours or 24 hours a day, our professional staff is standing by and ready to serve you.

In May 2009, we sent out a client satisfaction survey and had a successful return rate of about 25%. Some of the key statistics that we would like to share are as follows:

Frequently Asked Questions
A: Yes, Caring Professionals Homecare has an employee bonding policy and carries comprehensive General Liability and Professional insurance. In addition, all Caring Professional Homecare employees are covered through a Workers Compensation policy in the event of a work-related injury.
A: It is possible that we can begin services on the same day or next day. We will come out to your home to complete a free assessment and we will then try to find the right resource for you. It may take longer for services to begin for Medical Assistance cases, unless a case manager authorizes hours to begin on a certain date. We can help you navigate through this process as quickly as needed.
A: Our Caregivers are available for hourly, partial day, overnight and 24-hour care. Because each client’s requirements are unique, we offer flexible or regularly scheduled visits. This is often determined during our free in-home assessment prior to engaging services.
A: Caring Professionals Homecare conducts a criminal background check on its employees before placing them into the client homes. In addition, each applicant needs to provide at least 3 professional references and have at least 1 year of home care experience before we offer them a position to work in a home such as yours.
A: Sometimes there can be some friction between the client and caregiver due to any one of a number of things (examples may range from difference of opinion on how to clean things to a caregiver who is too opinionated on certain topics) and Caring Professionals Homecare can easily switch caregivers if needed. It is always a good idea to give someone a chance to work with you for at least 2 shifts before making an adjustment, but adjustments can be made sooner. Basically, we are flexible with you on your staffing.
A: Caring Professionals Homecare has an agreement that is not bound by time or cost. Our agreement is flexible and does not require a long-term commitment for services. Caring Professionals Homecare will complete an Intake Form / Client Services Request Form, enter into a Written Service Agreement and develop a customized Care Plan before initiating services. If the case length is two weeks or less, an additional fee may apply.
A: Caring Professionals Homecare complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) of 1996 and requires its employees to abstain from sharing anything about you and your health with others not associated with your care. We also disclose our HIPPA policy to you upon intake.
A: All clients of Caring Professionals Homecare are given a Client Handbook that includes that latest version of the Minnesota Homecare Bill of Rights that outline your rights as a consumer of home care services. Caring Professionals Homecare does not have any pending or outstanding issues related to any complaints associated with the Bill of Rights.
