We are in the business of helping others manage their lives and homes.  Our founders have always been passionate about serving the needs of others.  They spent countless hours delivering meals to the elderly population through the Meals on Wheels program, raised funds to build a school in East Africa, and developed an orphan sponsor program that now places more than 100 children who are orphans of HIV/AIDS in school to give them a fair chance in life.  The current management team has more than 140 years of combined home care experience and has worked with clients from many cultural, social and economic backgrounds, disability types, ages, and personality types.  When selecting a provider, you want someone who can relate to you.  Chances are very good that someone in our office can assist you.

In May 2009, we sent out a client satisfaction survey and had a successful return rate of about 25%.  Some of the key statistics that we would like to share are as follows:

  • 92% of the clients said that their needs met or exceeded their satisfaction.
  • 93% of the clients said that they always or usually like the staff we sent.
  • 100% of the clients said that they would recommend Caring Professionals to others.
  • 89% of the clients said that our staff was usually or always prompt and dependable.
  • 100% of the clients said that they were always treated with respect.

Client satisfaction surveys are taken seriously and are sent out to all active clients on an annual basis.

For clients who receive Personal Care Assistance (PCA) services through Medical Assistance, we send a monthly statement to help clients maximize the value of their PCA services by using the hours that are available and this also prevents services from being stopped prematurely as a result of over-usage of hours.
